Hi!  I'm Betsy Yagunic, a Chicago based cake decorator who is open to new locations.  I count myself among the lucky ones who get to play with their food for a living.  While I have a serious sweet tooth, I prefer pie over cake and spend much of my free time baking and eating just that.  Or caramelizing onions.  Above all I love to be outdoors; you can find me sitting on the porch, constantly walking around and perpetually traveling the world.  I love to be inspired and amazed by the nature, and cities, and designs and cultures around me.  I try to recreate that in my cakes.  Hope you enjoy my creations!
